It may be that the quiet one tends to speak softly, hold back, do things smaller, while the more outgoing one probably makes themselves bigger in all these things. We all have this, but it's much harder to spot your own traits and patterns because you're in them all the time.
We'll start by finding ways to tune into yourself to start to notice your ways of being more.
Use a text section to describe your values, show more info, summarize a topic, or tell a story.
You will get simple practices to help you make real life changes and get you where you need to be.

You stay in control of sessions.
Sessions can be deep and theraputic, but are not therapy. I make sure that you stay in control of sessions and will help guide you towards clarity.
Kindness might sometimes look like interrupting you or holding you accountable.
Curiosity
Approaching the process with a genuine interest and openness.
Commitment
Your practice will likely only be a few minutes a day, but it will only be effective if you are actually going to do it.
Compassion
This might mean getting honest with or being kind to yourself.
