Embodied Coaching
These simple tools can help you understand yourself better so you can:
- make better choices
- grow healthy relationships
- live confidently and with kindness
- balance your life
What is Embodiment?
It's how you do you.
You've got friends who are either confident or shy and who *probably* do other things with that flavour? It may be that the quiet one tends to speak softly, hold back, do things smaller, while the more outgoing one probably makes themselves bigger in all these things. We all have this, but it's much harder to spot your own traits and patterns because you're in them all the time.
habits
We'll start by finding ways to tune into yourself to start to notice your ways of being more.
awareness
Use a text section to describe your values, show more info, summarize a topic, or tell a story.
change
You will get simple practices to help you make real life changes and get you where you need to be.
ISSUES
that some people come to coaching with
boundaries
saying yes and no with meaning
decisions
being fully in your choices
balance
work life taking over?
passion
reconnecting to what matters to you
structure
getting organised
play
finding pleasure in life
relationships
connect better with those you love
parenting
often a smoosh of all the above!
My commitment
ethics
The principles behind this type of coaching are frounded on awareness and choice.
You stay in control of sessions.
care
Sessions can be deep and theraputic, but are not therapy. I make sure that you stay in control of sessions and will help guide you towards clarity.
challenge
Kindness might sometimes look like interrupting you or holding you accountable.
What you need
(apart from a good internet connection)
1Curiosity
Approaching the process with a genuine interest and openness.
2Commitment
Your practice will likely only be a few minutes a day, but it will only be effective if you are actually going to do it.
3Compassion
This might mean getting honest with or being kind to yourself.
