  • What is Embodiment?

    It's how you do you.

     

    You've got friends who are either confident or shy and who *probably* do other things with that flavour? It may be that the quiet one tends to speak softly, hold back, do things smaller, while the more outgoing one probably makes themselves bigger in all these things. We all have this, but it's much harder to spot your own traits and patterns because you're in them all the time.
