What's a SomaSauna Session?
For clarity this isn't the 'embodiment' that's suddenly tagged onto every other yoga class on instagram. My approach comes from years of solid study with Embodiment Unlimited, cultivating transformational workshops to help folk reconnect to self, others and place.
While we might explore ideas of connection to nature or lineage, there's no spiritual specifics here. It's a space for people to find their own way, their own story. To notice more and to think about their 'be-ing' in different ways.
