This is for you if you've tried kegels but aren't really sure what's supposed to be happening, or where.
Maybe you've done a load of reps with apps but aren't seeing the changes you expected or hoped for.
Led by Emilie, a core confidence coach who helps people reconnect to their bodies, and get to know themselves better. Using yoga, Franklin Method and meditation to help you find your rythm and flow.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
No experience required - suitable for adults. This workshop focuses on 'female' pelvic anatomy.
It's perfect for pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and for pre-hab (as well as rehab).
There will be options offered with movement and meditation practices - you can choose what to do. Please get in touch before booking if you have existing mental health or trauma stuff going on so we can chat and make sure this is a good fit for you.
WHAT TO BRING?
Please bring something to make yourself a comfortable nest with blankets and cushions welcome.
(Always stay hydrated. Bring a water bottle)
Yoga Mats are provided for this workshop.
