WHO IS THIS FOR?
No experience required - suitable for adults. This workshop focuses on 'female' pelvic anatomy.
It's perfect for pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and for pre-hab (as well as rehab).
Trauma-aware teaching.
There will be options offered with movement and meditation practices - you can choose what to do. Please get in touch before booking if you have existing mental health or trauma stuff going on so we can chat and make sure this is a good fit for you.
WHAT TO BRING?
Please bring something to make yourself a comfortable nest with blankets and cushions welcome.
(Always stay hydrated. Bring a water bottle)
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Yoga Mats are provided for this workshop.

Walking to the venue is recommended for wellbeing and integration where possible.
It's a short walk from Oldfield Park train station.
