    I offer a range of workshops, courses and one-off experiences for groups. Depending on what you need, we can either work out a bespoke package or an existing plan to match the needs and dynamics of your business and colleagues.

    Workplace wellness can include a huge range of things. It's inportnat to me that staff are safe, feel valued and heard during sessions and everyone will be encouraged to participate, but at their own pace.

     

    YOGA - online and in-person yoga session

    DESK YOGA - specific chair and desk-based streched and mindfulness

    MEDITATION - embodied meditation for workplaces

    BIOMECHANICS - movement and body awanress tips to help common issues caused by repetitive movements and/or desk work

    HOOP DANCE - while this is an ovbious choice if you want to offer something fun for the team, these sessions can also be used to explore various deeper themes including: embracing mistakes for better creative thinking, reslience, self care, letting go, confince and more.

    Selfcare + Resilience

    Resilience and self care in combination can really benefit both individual and organisation. I can work with your HR team to develop plans that line up with your policies for employees and help your people develop some solid skills for:

    • real-world self care

     

    Al my offers are trauma informed and will be tailored to the group.
