    The transition to parenthood is life-changing and often people arrive at pregnancy feeling that they lack the tools they need to birth and parent well. Emilie is passionate about helping them realise their direction and move through pregnancy with confidence.

     

    All her classes relate the mind and the body, informed by her study of Embodied Yoga Principles and experience of how much of our sense is already in our bodies and not in the words of experts.

     

    Emilie has been working with birth, pregnancy and parenting since 2008 when she trained with Relaxed Birth and Parenting. She teaches pregnancy yoga , antenatal birth preparation classes and movement classes for parents and their babies. She's mum to 2 kids and still finds parenting both joyfull and challenging in turns.
