    Sessions are designed to meet you wherever you're at, are trauma informed and focus on developing awanress and connection in and with the body.

    I'm here to help you meet yourself, wherever you're at. Movement and mindfulness combined with biomechnics knowledge and a trama informed approach.

    I teach in a way that's accessible to all and without dogma.

     

    Sessions are available in Frome, online and at the Practice Rooms in Clifton., Cotham and Bath.
