    Emilie's coaching focuses on what's happening in your body rather than going deep into story. It's an effective and deep way of working that can offer a way out of the loops of thinking it's all-too-easy to get into.


    Her background in art and design and 18+ years of self employment mean she's all to familiar with the demands of running a small business - and has the creative thinking to find different ways forward. She's also a little bit geeky and can often help with workarounds in acuity, squarespace and canva (and some pigeon html that can sort stuff like DMARC records that stop your emails being delivered). Wondering where this bundle of skills came from? It may or may not be ADHD. She's happy to meet folk with neurorainbows / brain fart stress with a zero shame or blame approach and strategic care.
